Are you insured?

Absolutely! - All of our coaches and sites have valid insurance, ensuring every aspect from public liability to personal cover.  We are happy to respond to any concerns via email.

How long does it take to get a response?

We estimate a maximum of 24 hours to get a response from one of our representatives, whether it is simply enquiring or you want to make the first steps into bettering yourself.

I'm not quite sure if I am ready for a PT, how do I go about this?

No worries! - We understand it is a commitment which requires thought; however, we do not make clients pay for ANYTHING until sessions have been booked. This means any consultations or FREE trial sessions the trainer advertises are completely free. 

The best thing to do is apply to work with us using our application form, This will then put you in direct contact with out trainers and a FREE consultation can be booked. During this, you can ask any questions or concerns you may have. 

How are payments taken?

All of our payments are done via a software called Stripe.

Are the coaches qualified?

Absolutely! - All of our coaches have a requirement to hold and withstand their Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer status, as well as hold in-date public liability insurance. NOT JUST THIS.... We make sure our trainers consistently keep their knowledge fresh and up-to-date by making sure they complete industry-recognised CPD courses.
